Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows
At Confident Skin Aesthetics, we value your time and our providers’ time. To ensure availability for all clients, we require the following:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeit of deposit, at the provider’s discretion.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

💳 Refund & Prepaid Service Policy
All Sales Are Final on Prepaid Services & Packages
All prepaid services, laser packages, memberships, and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a package or service is purchased, no refunds will be issued.
Individual Services
Refunds for individual services (non-prepaid) are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of the service provider.
Retail Products
For the safety of our clients, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be eligible for exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
